Full Workshop Registration

One-Day Workshop Registration
Available before and during the workshop:  $200.00 
Dinner Cruise on Lake Mead 

Includes transportation to and from the boat, dinner, and park entry fee:  $57.00    •    Limited to 55 people.  Available on a first-come / first-served basis.           


Full Workshop

Includes admission to all training courses, plenary session and hosted luncheon, subgroup meetings, paper sessions, breaks, access to exhibition area, and the Welcome Reception at the Atomic Testing Museum with self-guided tour.  Also included is the Tour of the Nevada Test Site, which is limited to 45 people (tour coach capacity) and will be available on a first-come/first-served basis.

Training Session Registration

Space is limited.  Most courses have seating for 40 people.  Early registration is recommended to ensure a seat.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the start of the event and registration refunds are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (efcogsawg@nv.doe.gov), fax (702-295-2097), or by U.S. mail (P. O. Box 98521, M/S NLV101, Las Vegas, NV 89193-8521 ATTN: Candice Rodriguez). No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow four weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive workshop materials.
