About the Program
NSTec Engineering & Science Scholarships are intended for high school seniors in Clark and Nye County, NV; Livermore, CA; Santa Barbara County, CA; and Northern New Mexico; who plan to major in engineering or science at a four-year institution.  Financial need will be considered.  A Scholarship will be awarded based on a child’s scholastic performance in high school and other criteria established by a Scholarship Committee.  The maximum scholarship award is $5,000.  The Scholarship must be used only for tuition, fees or books.  Scholarship money is paid directly to the college or university in one disbursement.

The Committee, in its sole discretion, will determine which applicants are eligible to receive a Scholarship and the amount of each Scholarship.

Livermore Valley - Application deadline is March 30, 2012

• These scholarships are administered through the Clark County Public Education Foundation.
